Social Story

Here is a social story to prepare our little visitors for their time at the museum. Social stories are often used for children with high anxiety, sensory processing disorders, Autism and Asperger's Disorder in order to make a new situation less frightening.

This story is made up of pictures and limited text, to allow our young museum-goers to visualize for themselves the actual visit to the The Walters Art Museum.  The exhibition you see in the story is the actual one the children will see on Saturday, March 24th, 2012.
